  • Now through September 1 — late entry $200 Open / $50 Non Pro, plus late nomination $250 Open / $100 Non Pro per division.
  • After September 1 — post entry $500 Open / $100 Non Pro, in addition to any late nomination fee. Accepted until 1:00 PM local show time the day before your class, and included in the original random draw.

The $250 line is the Crown Jewel horse nomination, required for each division entered and due by Aug 1. A separate nomination and fee applies to each division in which a horse seeks Nominator Incentive eligibility.

Entry & nomination deadlines

  • Complete entry — Aug 1. Online nomination & entry, NRHA Competition License, breed registration papers, current owner/rider NRHA membership, and a signed liability release must be received by August 1.
  • Late nomination — after Aug 1. A one-time Late Nomination Fee of $250 (Open) / $100 (Non Pro) applies per division, in addition to the nomination fee.
  • Post entry — after Sept 1. A one-time Post Entry Fee of $500 (Open) / $100 (Non Pro), in addition to any Late Nomination Fee. Post entries are accepted until 1:00 PM (local show time) the day before the class and included in the random draw.

Refunds & cancellations

  • Cancellations before September 1 receive a refund of entry fees. All nomination fees and administration fees are non-refundable.
  • After September 1, no refunds are provided for any reason — including injury, illness, death of horse, rider circumstances, transportation, or weather.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to crownjewelincentive@gmail.com or in the show office.
Competition eligibility. To compete in The Crown Jewel Futurity and earn Horse Nominator Incentive payouts, a horse must be three years old at the time of competition, registered with a recognized breed association, hold a current NRHA Competition License, be properly nominated for the applicable division by payment of the required nomination fee, and remain in compliance with all Program rules and applicable NRHA regulations.
Other charges. Returned checks and declined cards are subject to a $50 NSF fee. Exhibitors who do not close out their showbill before departure are charged $15. Any unpaid balance is due in full within ten days following the event. The NRHA trophy fee and the NRHA-required 5% entry-fee deduction apply per NRHA rules.
Stalls: all stall reservations are made through the High Roller Reining Classic website, separately from your Crown Jewel entry.
